Our returns policy is quite simple.

If the product we supply is not as described or faulty, we will reimbuse in full including the return cost of the product once Steel Appeal Consultancy has received the item back.

Any return of the products must be notified in writing, messaging or via our web site within 14 days of purchase, the product itself must be returned within 14 days of informing us of the intention to return and the product must be returned in the same condition as received.

Should the product not be suitable for the intended function even though the product is at no fault, we will as per the above treat it the same way and the above same proceedure applies.

All refunds will be made within 14 days of Steel Appeal Consultancy receiving the product as per the above.
